5. Ferry tickets (for inter-island transfers, unless specified)
6. Accommodation of guests and driver (for overnight/multi-day trips)
7. Tips and gratuities (optional, at guests' discretion)

Travel to Bicol – Booking with Driver Included

By booking a vehicle through Travel to Bicol, you agree to the following Terms and
Conditions:

1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made via our official website: https://traveltobicol.com/pages/book-a-ride or through our verified contact channels.
Bookings are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable once confirmed.

Booking is valid only for the specific date(s) and time indicated in the reservation.
Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking.

Modifications to booking (e.g., dates, vehicle type, rental duration) are not allowed after confirmation.
Accurate pick-up time, location, and destination must be provided at the time of booking.

Any changes (e.g., time adjustments, drop-off changes) must be communicated at least 24 hours before scheduled departure and may be subject to availability or additional charges.

2. Payments and Reservation
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm the reservation. Payment must be made via our designated Security Bank account.
The remaining balance shall be settled upon client pickup. Rates are inclusive of vehicle rental, professional driver, and fuel allowance for the designated kilometers per package (12H / 24H) .

Travel to Bicol reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings and forfeit the down payment.

Final pricing may vary based on pick-up location, destination, number of stops, or extended hours (overtime beyond 12H/24H rental will incur additional charges).

3. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
All rentals come with a licensed, professional driver provided by Travel to Bicol.

Self-drive or driver substitution is not permitted for safety and insurance purposes.

A valid driver’s license will be presented by the driver assigned by Travel to Bicol.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Overtime
All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-shows.

Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours before pickup) are considered forfeited.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the rental fee.

Travel to Bicol may cancel bookings due to unforeseen issues (e.g., force majeure, vehicle unavailability), with a full refund of any paid amount.

Overtime charges: Any use of the vehicle beyond the agreed rental period (12H / 24H) will incur additional fees, calculated based on vehicle type and hourly rate.

5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect.

Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will be charged accordingly.
Smoking, illegal activities, or any form of misconduct inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Liability
Our drivers are trained and authorized to ensure safe travel; they may refuse service to any passenger engaging in unsafe, aggressive, or unlawful behavior.
Travel to Bicol is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions. However, we will always strive for the safest and most efficient route.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By booking a vehicle through Travel to Bicol, the renter agrees that:
They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

They accept full responsibility for the vehicle and all associated costs during the rental period, including damage, fines, or additional charges (fuel, tolls, overtime, or driver accommodations).
