Booking Policies
- Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Bookings: Bookings are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The lead traveler must present valid photo identification upon redemption of services.

Ticket Usage:
- Unused tickets, bus transfers, or any added benefits will not be eligible for refunds, either in part or in full.
- Printed tickets are non-transferable and are the traveler’s responsibility.
- The validity of this voucher is limited to the date of the visit and grants single entry only. Re-entries are not allowed.

Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled 5 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
- Payment Options: We accept payments through cash deposits to Security Bank, credit cards, or GCash. Checks are not accepted.
- Rate Changes: All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of the booking and deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Refunds for Cancellations and No-Shows: Reservations are final. Refunds or rebooking options are not available for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.

Check-In and Rooming Arrangements
- Check-In/Check-Out Times: Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to room availability.
- Room Sharing: Room assignments follow the inclusions specified in your booking (twin, triple, or quad sharing).
- Additional Charges: Any additional charges for incidental expenses (e.g., loss of key cards or use of minibar items) are the responsibility of the guest.

Luggage and Personal Belongings
- Luggage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own luggage. If porter services are used, any charges will be the guest’s responsibility.

Agency Liability and Third-Party Services
- Acting as Agent: Travel To Bicol Travel and Tours operates in good faith as an intermediary and agent for third-party service providers, including hotels, transport companies, and activity vendors.
- Third-Party Responsibility: The agency will not be liable for any actions or omissions by these third parties that may cause delays, accidents, or other disruptions.

Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)
- Unexpected Circumstances: Travel To Bicol Travel and Tours is not liable for damages or losses due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to social unrest, legal restrictions, adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other disruptions beyond our control.

Assumption of Risk
- Risk Acknowledgment: By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge and accept all potential risks involved, including any unforeseen challenges.

Right to Refuse Service
- Service Refusal: Travel To Bicol Travel and Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any guest not adhering to the tour schedule or causing disturbances. Delays caused by guests may incur additional charges.

Physical Activity Advisory
- Activity Requirements: Some activities may require physical exertion, such as hiking, walking, or water sports. Guests are responsible for assessing any personal health risks before participating. Inform the agency in advance of any health conditions.

Airline and Transportation Delays
- Responsibility for Delays: The agency is not responsible for airline delays or cancellations. Handling delays and related issues is the responsibility of the airline. Additional expenses due to delays or cancellations are the guest’s responsibility, though the agency will provide assistance as feasible.
