  1. 🏝️ Morning Adventure (6:30 AM – 11:30 AM)

    1. Subic Beach (Malarosa) – Pink Sand Paradise

    • Famous for its soft, light pink coral sand, calm waters, and palm-fringed coast.

    • Ideal for sunrise views, swimming, and lounging before the tourist rush.

    • Best photo spots: shoreline rock formations and “pink glow” sand near the waterline.

    2. Calintaan Island Cave Swim

    • Short boat ride from Subic Beach.

    • Explore natural sea caves along the island’s edge—great for adventurous swimmers and cliff dives.

    • Bring waterproof gear and reef shoes for safety.

    3. Juag Lagoon Marine Fish Sanctuary

    • Eco-protected lagoon that lets you observe (not feed!) large local fish in their natural habitat.

    • Educational stop for kids and adults; includes giant groupers, parrotfish, and more.

    • No entrance fee, but donations welcome. Fish feeding now discouraged to protect the ecosystem.

    4. Kulaw-Kulawan Bird Sanctuary

    • A quiet mangrove-fringed spot perfect for bird watching (herons, kingfishers, egrets).

    • Accessible during low tide by boat or guided walk depending on route.

    • Optional: binoculars or a good zoom lens for bird shots.

    🍽️ Lunch Stop (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

    • Enjoy a fresh island meal (grilled fish, crab, rice, seaweed salad) on one of the beach huts.

    • You can pre-arrange food with your boat operator or bring packed meals.

    • Hydrate well and rest before heading into deeper water activities.

    🌊 Afternoon Escapade (12:30 PM – 4:30 PM)

    5. Bantigue Point Marine Sanctuary

    • Pristine snorkeling spot with healthy coral gardens and a chance to see reef fish up close.

    • Bring your own snorkel gear for better experience.

    • Shallow to mid-depth reef ideal for beginners.

    6. Panlatuan Cove

    • Hidden coastal inlet surrounded by rugged hills and coral rock outcrops.

    • Ideal for short swimming breaks, sunbathing, or cliffside photo ops.

    • Secluded, so enjoy the peace and scenic beauty.

    7. Panumbagan Sandbar

    • One of the most photogenic tidal sandbars in Bicol, stretching out like a tongue into turquoise waters.

    • Best visited at low tide when the sandbar is fully exposed.

    • Drone shots highly recommended here!

🍧 SNACK BREAK – Local Island Treats

    • Stop for local snacks like binutong, kakanin, or halo-halo (if on the mainland).

    • Vendors may be present on Subic or at the port depending on time.

🎁 Pasalubong Center – Final Stop

    • Head to the Matnog Port Pasalubong Center or nearby stalls.

    • Grab dried fish, pili nuts, banana chips, Bicol souvenirs, or fresh seafood (packed for travel).

    • Support locals and take home a taste of the islands.
