Terms and Conditions ā Travel to Bicol
All bookings are final and cannot be transferred, refunded, or modified. The lead traveler must present a valid photo ID or passport upon redemption.
Unused admission tickets, bus transfers, or any included benefits are non-refundable, whether in part or full. All printed tickets are strictly non-transferable, and lost tickets are the passengerās sole responsibility. The voucher is valid only on the specified date, allowing single entry with no re-entry permitted.
Booking and Payments
To confirm a tour, a 30% non-refundable down payment is required, payable through our Security Bank account. The remaining balance must be settled at least three (3) days before the tour. We only accept cash payments and do not accommodate credit cards, company checks, or personal checks. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Travel to Bicol reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the down payment if full payment is not made before the scheduled trip.
No refunds or rebookings are allowed for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Hotel and Accommodation
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in depends on room availability. Room sharing is based on the package inclusions (Twin, Triple, or Quad Sharing). Any additional charges, including lost key cards, hotel property damage, or minibar consumption, are not part of the package and will be charged to the guest.
Luggage remains the guest's responsibility, and porter services are at the guestās own expense.
Liability and Responsibilities
Travel to Bicol acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport services, tour operators, etc.) and is not liable for any breach of contract or negligence by these providers. This includes any loss, delay, injury, death, or damage sustained by travelers.
We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses due to terrorist activities, social unrest, mechanical failures, local laws, climate conditions, flight/weather delays, or force majeure events. Travelers assume all risks associated with their journey, both expected and unforeseen.
Tour Conduct and Safety
Travel to Bicol reserves the right to refuse service to any individual. Passengers must follow the tour guideās instructions and adhere to the schedule. Delays caused by a participant may result in additional fees. Passengers causing disturbances or safety risks to others may be removed from the tour.
Some activities, such as hiking, kayaking, and ATV riding, come with inherent risks. Guests must assess their physical capability before joining. We are not liable for injuries resulting from these activities. Any health concerns must be disclosed before booking.
Flight and Travel Disruptions
Flight delays or cancellations are beyond our control. The airline is responsible for handling such matters, though Travel to Bicol will assist where possible. Any extra costs due to delays or cancellations are the guestās responsibility.
